Sally-Anne McCormack (Melbourne clinical psychologist, media consultant/commentator, author, former teacher, wife and mother of four wonderful children) is passionate about helping others.
She has created a TV show which will inspire and educate people about all of the wonderful people in our world, even in the face of adversity.
As a psychologist, she wants to teach people strategies to change their thinking habits in order to prevent depression and anxiety with the hope that they will teach others in their lives.
If we work really hard, we can find some ways to reduce the ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) in our lives and move ahead with the business of living and loving!
